Enterprise Park is located at one of the most highly talked about redevelopments in Colorado, Stapleton, located on the site of the former Stapleton Airport. The area encompasses 4,700 acres off I-70, and once complete, the neighborhood will be home to 30,000 residents. This redevelopment is designed upon the idea of creating a sustainable community – an urban tapestry of diverse homes, walkable tree-lined streets, neighborhood stores, nearby offices, schools and plentiful parks.

Enterprise is a 100-acre business park between I-70 and Smith Road, adjacent to Havana Street. This flexible space is available for office, manufacturing, and distribution sites. Office space already exists in Northfield Stapleton as well as at Quebec Square.
